We take great pride in crafting dry classic wines and providing a memorable tasting experience. Savor your wine selections with the guidance of one of our dynamic and knowledgeable tasting room servers and learn about our fine wines and the Finger Lakes Region.  

While you’re here, try a special wine and chocolate pairing! Our chocolate is handmade by local chocolatier Cary Becraft of CaryMo Chocolate.

Please review these important billsboro policies before booking your reservation:

At Billsboro, we are a small boutique winery at the top of a steep driveway. When booking, please keep in mind that we cannot accommodate buses, limos, or any other extended vehicle. Guests arriving in these vehicles will be turned away.

We allow parties of six for online reservations. If your party is larger than six and not traveling in an extended vehicle, please call the tasting room to discuss how Billsboro can accommodate your group. Billsboro reserves the right to turn away groups over six without a reservation. We welcome leashed dogs at our outdoor patio tables but are unable to allow pets inside our tasting room. If you have any questions, please call the tasting room at 315.789.9538.

Being a Rotondo Club member at Billsboro, I bring all my out-of-town guests for tasting. This time it was my brother who informed me he "wasn't much of a wine drinker" (not sure how we're even related!!!!) The servers were fabulous. They explained wine to him and made recommendations of good "introductory wines." We also did a chocolate tasting - simply delicious!!!! As always, a wonderful time. Great experience. We arrived upon opening and service was fantastic. Very knowledgeable staff. Unique barn tasting area with patio. Prices were better than many other wineries in the area. Not a large selection of wine but good quality. Grapes are grown locally by other vineyards.

Nestled in the woods, Billsboro Winery has a classic barn-style presentation with stone interior walls and a maroon barn style exterior. They excel in service with restaurant type seating on the inside and outside on their covered deck. They offer a choice of dry and sweet wines, and uniquely offer a curated flight with chocolate parings. Although I was not interested, I can see where this would be a hit with many others. Billsboro’s classic look and well seated areas for enjoyment are a great draw for wine enthusiasts.
