It’s back! We will be stoking the flames of the wood-fired oven once again this season! Toss n Fire Pizza will be back at it, tossing up freshly made, gourmet pizzas delivered right to your table.
Old favorites and new flavor combinations with Toss N Fire pizza
There will be some old favorites (Fig & Pig, Cheeky Monkey, ‘Cuse Salt Potato & the standard Margherita) as well as some new combinations! Geneva Gelato will be back as well for those looking for something chilled and sweet to end the night.
Combine that with live music, chilled Billsboro wines, a few friends and loved ones, and life is good! Just like old times! Almost…a few things have changed, but we hope these changes make it easier for everyone.
First, reservations can now be made online; no more calling the winery two weeks out, cramming to get your spot. Simply book the date you plan to attend and the number of guests in your party.
Cover fees and seating times
A $5 per person cover charge is required at the time of booking. Our tables seat up to 6 people. If you have a group larger than 6, you will need to book multiple tables or call the winery to check for availability. If you are booking with friends and want to be at the same table, please make the reservation under one name.
Each time slot (6:00, 6:20, and 6:40) has a limited number of tables, inside and out, so as to avoid overwhelming the pizza makers. It’s best to book early to ensure the table size and location you’d like.
Pizza on the patio happens rain or shine!
If you haven’t heard, we now have a magnificent timber frame pavilion covering our deck and patio so reservations are rain or shine. Having said that, it is a pavilion with open sides, so dress appropriately. When the weather is good, we can add a few more tables outside. Call the day of and we’ll add you if there’s space.
Because we have limited seating, and anticipate fully booked evenings, we kindly ask that you call and cancel within 24 hours of the event. No shows will be charged $25 per person. Please keep this in mind when booking tables months in advance!
New table service
With our new table service, there should be no more lines out the door or waiting to check in. Just check in with the host and take your seat, and your server will be by to take your pizza and wine orders.

Pizza on the Patio is open to the public and therefore there are no discounts on the cover charge or food. Wine club members will receive their respective discount on any bottles of wine purchased with your meal.
